Game Review: In a Pickle

It's a game where size matters. What can fit inside of what? Play by logically sizing things up or add a little story creativity for some great fun. A piece of lint, stuck on a will, tucked in a book, and stored in a drawer. Four and you win a set, but watch out!!! The fourth starts a pickle and you may find your winning card trumped by something as large as the universe. Ok…ok that might be a little bit overkill but if you want to win you may have to play something that outrageous.

The gist of the game is simply that simple. Yet, the game is left to much interpretation and friendly hilarious debate. Great fun for the whole family and I mean great.

If you are just going to play with one other person I recommend playing a purely logical game or you may find yourself in a heated debate. That can easily be solved though by having a third party to be the final judge. Remember not to take the game too serious and if there is a disagreement have a vote for the final outcome.

Because of the potential complex creative stories and debates that can at times be a little heated, I don’t really recommend this for families with young children. If you have a family with older teenagers or a group of adults this is a wonderful award winning game to add to your library.
